The Muhlenberg men's golf team tied with DeSales for second place at the John Makuvek Cup, held at the Weyhill Course at Saucon Valley Country Club.
Sophomore star Charlie Kerprich was the low Mule with a 4-over-par 76 and finished tied for third out of 16 golfers. Kerprich had three birdies in all, including two on par-3 holes, one of which was a couple inches away from an ace and the other on the closing par-5, 585-yard hole.
Sophomore star Alex McCauley was one shot behind Kerprich with a 5-over-par 77. McCauley hit 8 of the 14 fairways off the tee and 11 greens in regulation.
Making his Muhlenberg debut, freshman Ryan Tasetano (pictured above) made seven pars en route to carding a 16-over par 88.
