Men's Tennis Faces Second Ranked Foe
The Muhlenberg men's tennis team fought hard in its second straight spring match against a ranked Centennial Conference foe.
Although the Mules lost 9-0 to 38th-ranked Haverford, which has advanced to the last 10 CC semifinals, they were extremely competitive at the top of the lineup. Freshman Owen Dyer (pictured above) played two incredibly tight matches, falling 7-5, 6-4 at No. 2 singles and 8-6 at No. 2 doubles with classmate Matt Miller, who took his first singles set to 7-5.
Freshman Syver-August Meyer played a 6-3, 6-3 match against a returning first-team All-CC player.
