Women's Tennis Shuts Out Bryn Athyn

The Muhlenberg women's tennis team lost only two games in picking up its first win of the spring, 9-0 against Bryn Athyn.

The Muhlenberg women's tennis team lost only two games in picking up its first win of the spring, 9-0 against Bryn Athyn.

The Mules won all three doubles matches 8-0 and had similar ease in sweeping singles en route to their second shutout victory of the year.

Four players - junior Sophia Framm, senior Giulia Gerschel, freshman Caitlin Bestrycki and senior Malin Hermanson - won 8-0 in doubles and 6-0, 6-0 in singles, while freshman Kety Gaidamashvili dropped just one game.

Freshman Julia Lennon (pictured above) recorded her first career win at No. 6 singles.
