Muhlenberg graduate student John Reichenbach was named Centennial Conference field athlete of the week.

Reichenbach broke a 108-year-old school record in the long jump at the Lafayette Open, jumping 7.29 meters (23-11) to topple the previous standard by more than a foot. Reichenbach's mark, on his first attempt as a Mule, ranks third on the CC all-time performance list, just six inches short of the record, and is the second best in Division III so far this season.

He won the long jump and also came in third in the high jump at 1.93 meters (6-4), the top mark in the CC so far this season.
