Cross Country Continues to Improve

The Muhlenberg cross country teams competed at Haverford against three Division I opponents and three of the top Division III teams in the Metro Region.

The Muhlenberg cross country teams competed at Haverford against three Division I opponents and three of the top Division III teams in the Metro Region.

For the second meet in a row, senior Caiti Kinnear led the women's team, running an impressive 23 seconds faster than she ever has on Haverford's 3-mile course. Freshman Maggie Holderith was Muhlenberg's No. 2 runner for the second meet in a row as well.

On the men's side, for the second meet in a row a freshman was the No. 1 runner, this time David Seel. Freshman Raam Ravishankar ran the same time as Seel, placing right behind him. Junior Mason Tran (pictured above left) ran 27 seconds faster than he ever has on Haverford's 4-mile course, showing the largest individual improvement for the day.
