The Muhlenberg cross country teams got a taste of the highest level when they competed in the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational.

The races were contested at Big Springs High School, site of the 2023 Division III NCAA Championships. The meet consisted of teams from 11 different states and races of two different lengths for both men and women.

All of Muhlenberg's runners competed in the shorter distance (4K).  The men placed 11th as a team of the 21 schools who entered the race, and the women placed 12th out of 20.

For the third meet in a row, a different freshman led the way for the Muhlenberg men, this time Raam Ravishankar (pictured above left). David Seel and Marc Sebastian Montalvo completed the freshmen top three for Muhlenberg. Senior Charles Ohanian and junior Mason Tran rounded out the top five for Muhlenberg.

Once again the women were led by senior Caiti Kinnear and freshman Maggie Holderith as the top two finishers. Junior Lauren House, freshman Ava Lundy and junior Hadley DeVarennes (pictured above right) rounded out the top five for the Mules.
