SOFTBALL
Muhlenberg qualified for the CC playoffs for the second time in the last three years and will host Dickinson in a single-elimination game on Tuesday at 4:00.

The winner of that game will go on to the rest of the double-elimination tournament at top-seeded Washington College this weekend, beginning on Thursday.

The last time the Mules made the playoffs, in 2022, they won their sixth CC championship.

Muhlenberg (23-14) split its regular-season doubleheader with Dickinson (11-20), with both games going into extra innings.

The rest of the playoff field includes Gettysburg and defending champion Swarthmore. No team has repeated as CC softball champion since Muhlenberg in 2001.

WOMEN'S LACROSSE
Muhlenberg is in the CC playoffs for the second straight year and will host Washington College on Wednesday at 4:00.

The winner will go on to face top-seeded, sixth-ranked Gettysburg in a semifinal game on Friday.

The Mules (12-4) are seeking their first CC playoff win and are hosting a CC playoff game for only the second time, having previously hosted Haverford in 2015. Washington (10-6), which received votes in the Division III poll earlier this season, has reached the semifinals in each of the last four CC tournaments.

Muhlenberg won the regular-season meeting against the Shorewomen, 11-8, scoring its first win at Washington College since 2010.

Franklin & Marshall, Haverford and Dickinson round out the playoff field.

MEN'S LACROSSE
Muhlenberg is making its third straight CC playoff appearance after having qualified for the field only once before in program history.

The Mules (10-7) bring a seven-game winning streak and a program-best 6-2 CC mark into their semifinal matchup at eighth-ranked Dickinson (14-2), the defending CC champion. Top-seeded Swarthmore, ranked sixth in Division III, plays the winner of the first-round game between Gettysburg and Washington College in the other semi.

Muhlenberg is seeking its first CC playoff win ever. The last two playoff appearances have ended in heartbreaking losses, 12-11 to Gettysburg on a last-second goal in 2022 and 9-8 to Franklin & Marshall in overtime last year.

Dickinson won the regular-season meeting, 11-6, on March 23. Since then, the Mules' only loss was to Swarthmore in overtime.

TRACK & FIELD
Muhlenberg is hosting the CC Championships for the third time in the last six years.

The three-day event begins with the hammer, pole vault, 10,000 meters and first half of the multis on Friday. Saturday's schedule includes finals in the long jump, steeplechase, high jump, discus and 4x800 relay and prelims in six running events, with the remainder of the finals to be contested on Sunday.

During the outdoor season, Mule athletes posted the top marks in six events – the men's high jump, long jump, discus and hammer and the women's high jump and hammer.
